UPDATE, 9/23/09: I'm happy to report that Savanna is chasing the vacuum cleaner around again with lots of enthusiasm. So she is pretty much back to her old self, her neck area is starting to get some fur back now too. I truly think you guys saved my dogs life. UPDATE, 10/3/09: My hope is that when someone sees how bad Savanna was, and how much better she is now, that there is hope for their little baby. I'm not saying it wasn't scary, because there were times when I thought that maybe I should have had her put down. But when I looked into her eyes, she let me know she was fighting to stay with me. All I know is it sure feels good to be able to snuggle up with her and hold her again without hurting her. Her fur grew back in so soft, she feels like a stuffed animal.

UPDATE, 8/16/2010: Now she is back to her good ole self. Beautiful coat, clear bright eyes, even my vet couldn't believe how good she looked from the pics I showed her at her worst. She was amazed, as is everyone that sees her and saw her when she was sick with the yeast infection. My advice is to hang in there and do what they tell you to do, and yes your dog will get worse before they get better. Just be patient. I hope you can see how bad my Savanna was before, and how good she is today.

NZYMES NOTES:
As can be seen above, Savanna started on the NZYMES® Healthy-Skin/Yeast-Removal Program around July 10, 2009. And, Ms. Tilling declared she was 'all well' and back to her 'old self' as of the 8-16-2010 update. That is about 13 months, which aligns quite well with what we try to get our PATRONS TO UNDERSTAND - that restoring to full wellness is likely to take 1-1.5 YEARS in most cases. Also, as can be seen from the photos, this appears to be one of the worst cases in NZYMES® history - as far as severity of surface symptoms, all of which came about very rapidly. PICTURES: You must view the larger images to better see the improvement. In particular, at 5 weeks you can see the drastic improvement of face, head and ears. The lower pictures are from Updates in late September and then early October.

IMPORTANT: Understanding the recovery process is critical. Fortunately, Savanna made massive progress in the first 9 weeks on the Program. We do not expect all cases to move along this quickly - even though many do. We believe the KEY to this kind of speedy response is... the remaining strength/effectiveness of the immune system for the individual animal. When we run into those cases that do not get this kind of early response, we will be working with the customer to determine what could be retarding immune function, such as issues with thyroid health, or a misinterpretation of the Yeast/Healty-Skin Program Instructions.

I would like to thank everyone at NZYMES for all the help and support you gave me with my bulldog Savanna. I am sorry to say she recently passed away at the age of 11 yrs and 2 months. Had it not been for your help and support I believe she would have passed away at 8 yrs old instead of giving me those extra years of better health for her. She was suffering with an ear infection that the vet couldn't clear up for about 2 1/2 months and she was getting worse instead of better. I was so glad I found your website when I did. Savanna was 8 yrs old when this happened to her and had been a healthy dog up to that point. When I got your product in the mail 2 days after I ordered it on line, I read over the information and started to use it per your instruction right away. I was desperate because I seriously thought she wouldn't make it much longer. I spoke to one of your reps and they were so kind and understanding and absolutely walked me through any anxiety I had and helped me to mentally get through this whole process. I started to take pictures from the start of poor Savanna as I wanted to see if I could see any differences and if she was actually improving. Imagine my surprise when I could see the difference! I decided to send in pictures of her progress, because I was so happy and wanted to share it with you guys, it was nice to receive a call from you to see how I was doing and letting me know I was on the right track. Your support was absolutely appreciated 100%. I just can't thank you enough for giving me those few extra years with my baby. And the fact that you called from time to time long after she was all better to check and see how she was doing spoke volumns about how genuinly you cared about her health. I only wished there were more companies out there like yours. You get an A+++ in my book for customer support and product reliability. Savanna bounced right back to her old self in about 9 weeks after starting your product, which I know was a surprise to all of you as well. Considering the horrible mess she was when I started to use your products. I hope that you can continue to give the wonderful service to everyone that needs your products and I would endorse them whole heartedly. I am always telling people I see having problems with their pets about how much you helped me and Savanna and I show them the pics of her. When I took her back to the vet for a check up 6 months later and showed them the pictures of how bad she got after they treated her for the ear infection, they were amazed at how beautiful her coat came back in and how healthy she was. And even they wanted to know what product I used. So I told them to go to www.nzymes.com website and look at it. So thank you again for all of your help and I know that anyone that needs your services will not be disappointed if they follow your instructions to a tee. And your customer service is like no other that I have dealt with. Kudos to the people that work there as they are fantastic, they were more like counselors helping to keep me calm through that whole situation. And your Nzymes product is the best that I've used as well. I even use the oxydrops for myself when I need them for wounds and as a disinfectant. I just used them on my new dog who managed to scratch up his belly and you can't even see where he was scratched after 3 days. There is a special place in my heart for all of you.
