Jake has always been an energetic, active part of our family, going everywhere with us. About a year ago he started displaying signs of poor joint health, deteriorating very quickly. This was heartbreaking for us as he now was battling just to get up. Instead of following me everywhere, he now just watched where I went and only attempted to get up when I went out of sight.
