This Kit was created to go along with our
Healthy-Skin Program is the most economical choice for Larger dogs (greater than 60 lbs.) or for families with multiple pets experiencing skin health problems.
NZYMES Healthy-Skin Kit, is used to help support your pets nutritional needs. These Kits have evolved over the years into a special combination of (4) carefully chosen products, each with specific procedures to follow in our Healthy-Skin Program. There any many names used to refer to the symptoms generated from this Digestive health issue.

Large Kit products and purpose:
- The Antioxidant Granules provide the special 'live nutrition' which provides resources to the body that help support metabolic processes, including more effective immune system activity and toxin removal.
- The Ox-E-Drops and Black-Leaf provide support for the gastro-intestinal breakdown.
- The BacPak Plus has the critical job of supporting the body's natural Flora and digestion.

Super Healthy-Skin Kit (Large) Working with a Challenging Problem...
This is a complex and time-consuming process, even when doing everything exactly as outlined it will take 2-7 months to get your pet through the cleansing processes. So, it truly IS critical to follow all recommendations as laid-out in the
WHAT TO DO INSTRUCTIONS. Here is a synopsis of what that means:
5 RULES1.
Feed ONLY APPROVED foods!. (See our
Recommended Pet Foods for Yeast)
Avoid activating foods (high-glycemic) and treats that convert to sugar and are known to contribute growth to the internal problem.

Use the NZYMES® Healthy-Skin Kit Products Everyday.Follow directions outlined in the
Daily Calendar on page 2. (see reverse side).
3.
Spray / Wipe Ox-E 2% TOPICAL Solution on all affected areas 3 to 4 times daily (Minimum). (i.e.; SPRAY OR WIPE the ears, feet, belly, genital areas, oozing sores, etc.).
NOTE: APPLY LISTERINE (Original/Gold) - Use
full strength and apply liberally with a sponge or spray bottle on AFFECTED areas. As the product contains alcohol, to prevent sting
on open lesions or the more severe (raw) areas, you may need to dispense a small amount to a saucer and allow a few minutes of evaporation before using. This method has been reported to give noticeable relief
from the itchiness by a majority of those having tried it. Many customers have reported that their pets were able to sleep through the night after use.
4.
Bathe the pet 2 times WEEKLY USING (MINIMUM). Use the SPECIAL medicated shampoos shown in the WHAT TO DO INSTRUCTIONS. (Page 4). The purpose here is to break down and remove the decaying material that comes out through the skin. We suggest
Universal Medicated Shampoo. (in Canada -
Canadian Medicated Shampoo) or
Malaseb if available.
NOTE: Use a
Baking Soda Rinse for the final rinse. (2-3 Tsp. Baking soda per gallon of water).
5.
USE A SOFT COLLAR TO HELP PREVENT SKIN DAMAGE!Don’t allow the pet to scratch and chew! This has to be enforced so the damaged areas can recover. Get a soft Elizabethan collar to prevent pet from doing more damage. Use body wraps, t-shirts, socks, etc.
Healthy-Skin Kit Benefits: Large, Small, or Super Kits...
When used properly, by adhering to the What To Do Instructions, ALL of these Kits are designed to benefit pet health by helping to REVERSE the 'systemic imbalance' in the GI tract of the pet. The dual goal is to reverse the Yeast overgrowth and promote proliferation of "friendly bacteria colonies" so that THEY are once again in control, and a normal healthy balance has been restored.
BENEFITS OF THE 'KITS' WHEN USED WITH THE 'HEALTHY-SKIN PROGRAM'
- Phase 1: Initial major 'Cleansing' is completed - usually in 3-7 months - resulting in 90% or greater improvement for external "visual" symptoms; itching, skin rashes, ear inflammation & itching, etc.
- Phase 2: Completing the internal re-balancing, as described above. Reaching this point of 'complete wellness' is desired, but can never be actually seen (internally). All external symptoms should be gone if this point has been reached. This phase is estimated to take anywhere from 5 to 12 ADDITIONAL months, depending on how long the illness has existed.
- Phase 3: Safeguarding your pet's wellness* - by continuing with a proactive MAINTENANCE program, which normally includes 3 of the Kit products - Granules OR Treats, Bac~Pak Plus, & Ox-E-Drops.
*It should be noted that Yeast Candida is a formidable foe, and when a pet's system has been once controlled by the yeast, the chances for recurrence are SUBSTANTIAL - which is why a maintenance program is highly recommended.
