• An Informative Advisement - that, though most cases may go relatively smoothly (progress is obvious), every month we see a handful of 'problem' cases where progress is difficult to attain. Some form of retardation of immune system function is the likely cause for this.  **See the bottom of this page.
• Cleansing Program Explanation - please understand that it is NOT just the acquisition and use of a few products - that is going to "resolve the problem" (some people are looking for the 'silver bullet' fix). The Cleansing Program is largely a detox process, which is likely to take its toll, but must be gone through to achieve wellness. And there are many factors OTHER than just using the products. Feeding a correct food is of utmost importance; and following program details properly (like shampooing products & methods) is easy to misunderstand.
• Timing Clarification - there is NO standard time to get through it all. There are 3 stages to the Program: usually 3 to 7 months for initial cleansing (most visible symptoms gone); then 5-8 months more to finish internal re-balancing, and restored digestive wellness. After all these months, a long-term maintenance program is recommended - to keep the animal healthy and protected against return of the problem.
• Understanding the job of the immune system - know that the Program alone cannot make the pet well; it is designed to ASSIST the BODY in resolving, restoring, and reversing damage that originally caused the illness. The better the immune system functions, the faster the animal will recover!!
• A Reminder that the Program is complex - and way too many people either mis-interpret or mis-understand instructions - thereby thinking they are doing it all correctly when, in actuality, they are not. This is why we IMPLORE all new customers to keep in contact with us via phone; we can only help you if we can talk to you and find out that you are having difficulties.
