INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHOICES
Due to the need for usable TRACKING information, Express Mail® International WAS the only option offered - UNTIL June of 2011, where normal delivery time is 4 to 7 Days. However, as of June, 2011, we are now now offering a more reasonable choice - with DHL International. Presently, this offering is only for Canada as well as the UK/Ireland choice, which includes key parts of Europe - France, Germany, Belgium, & Italy. The more-economical DHL choice is also a "signature required" offering, which means you must sign to receive the package.
INTERNATIONAL DEALER OPTIONS: There are many Retail Outlets in CANADA, and one in Singapore - if you are in or near one of those countries and are interested in more local options. To see what is available, Click - International Dealers
INTERNATIONAL POINT-OF-ENTRY COSTS
US ORDERING AND SHIPPING: POSSIBLE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND/OR VALUE-ADDED TAXATION
Customs and/or VAT charges are NOT included and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any concerns prior to ordering please contact us first. Please be aware that Customs handling can cause longer delays. We don't normally expect problems with customs or your local shipping facilities, though they happen on occasion.
NZYMES.COM certainly appreciates your business, but we have no connection with your country's DUTIES collection, VALUE ADDED TAXATION process, or any other 'fees or delivery charges' that may be added by your country. We have no knowledge of such charges, so there is no way they can be handled as part of a sales transaction with Nzymes.com. And, we feel your pain - as to having to deal with these extra costs. However, this is one of the unfortunate negatives in doing International business - especially when countries enforce unfair import duties or processes. On the other hand, we offer VERY IMPORTANT products and programs for benefit of the health and well-being of you or your pets, which can (for many people) make these purchases worthwhile. This is why many customers continue to do these purchases 'in spite of' the extra "Point of Entry" costs that countries may impose.
