PRIMARY ORDERING METHOD - Enhanced Online Shopping Cart:
With this new website, NZYMES is happy to offer a very modern and Up-to-Date Shopping Cart. We feel this Cart is one of the most logical and easy to use available on the Web; and, we feel our customers will greatly appreciate not only the the efficiency and 'ease of use', but all the new enhancements and features it offers. Each registered user will have an 'account management area' where they can manage numerous addresses, view and track their order history, repeat orders from history, nick-name orders for quick and easy 'repeat' functionality, as well as save products to a 'wish list' and then view or manage that list for future actions.
MAIL and FAX ORDERING FUNCTIONALITY:
As an added enhancement, users who'd rather NOT use the NEW NZYMES.COM Cart Checkout mechanism, can now PRINT a completed Order, prior to completing the purchase, to use for Mailing or Faxing in their order - with accurate Totals and Shipping amounts. This process saves the customer the trouble of having to 'fill out by hand an order form' for faxing or mailing; and, more importantly, it allows capturing an exact shipping amount for the weight of the order - often saving precious dollars in these orders.
For those customers wishing to utilize Mail or Fax order processing, just follow either the simple instruction (A), or the more detailed version (B):
A: TO PRINT a completed Order (before payment) - for Faxing for Mailing:
Simply follow through an order process under Products/Shop up through STEP 4. With the Order Summary displayed (before payment options), CLICK the 'Print & Fax/Mail' button and print this page with your computer. Using this printout of your desired order - either Mail it (with check or money order), OR Fax the order after writting in your credit card information. Faxed orders are shredded when processing is complete.
B: Itemized list of STEPS required to get the Fax/Mail order printout:
- Go to the Products pages and begin creating your ORDER - just as IF you were going to do it online.
- Choose the products to add to your CART.
- Click the CHECKOUT button.
- You can choose to Log In - if you have an account - or you can bypass the login (without creating a password).
- Click the Login/Checkout button.
- Fill in all the Billing and Shipping address information. The checkbox allows use of Billing address for
 Shipping.
- Select Residence or Business, and add any comments you feel pertinent; Click CONTINUE.
- Select your delivery method, then Click CONTINUE.
- Your Completed ORDER SUMMARY will be shown - including applicable Free Bonus (if a first-time customer).
- Click the button marked - 'Print & Fax/Mail'; this will give you a properly formatted print-out for faxing or mailing.
- MAIL this form, if this is your preference, along with our check or money order matching the TOTAL on the form. Please understand that a personal CHECK must clear before the order is processed and shipped.
- FAX this form, if that is your preference; you can either write your credit card number on the check, OR you can write THE FIRST 12 NUMBERS of the card on the form, and then call us with the LAST 4 NUMBERS of the card, or send those in the email. This way, your entire card number is never completely exposed through either method.
SHOULD YOU HAVE NO COMPUTER - and you want to Mail or Fax an order - we can mail you an order form to Mail or Fax back to us; just simply call our Sales/Service line - 877-816-6500. However, it would be much quicker for you if you could access the computer of a neighbor, relative, friend, or library to obtain your order form - as above - and then Fax or Mail. This will save the time waiting for something to arrive in the mail.
