ORDERS and ORDER TRACKING
For Shoppers that have created and used an Account, this site provides a comprehensive mechanism for viewing and managing your orders & shipping history. Whatever your question, you may find the answer via logging in to your account by clicking LOGIN on the top BLUE menu bar.
TRACKING AN ORDER: Once logged in, you are presented with a listing of your order history (if you have any). Simply click VIEW at the right end of any order-history item to see the STATUS and details about that order. The top line should indicate the actual status of the order – Processed, Shipped, or Cancelled, Refunded, etc.
HANDLING FEES
There is a $2 handling fee for all orders SHIPPED via offered Carriers – USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: TWO CARRIER OPTIONS, and SPECIFIC DETAILS:
POSTAL:
Nzymes PRIORITY MAIL — This is the default USPS Priority Mail option where we offer generally discounted Postal 1-3 day delivery from our Las Vegas offices. This is a Flat-rate offering that varies according to weight, ranging from 1 to 13 lbs. Each weight class offers a savings over standard postal rates.
Timing — Priority mail has a fairly reliable delivery time of 2-3 days, but this timing is not a guaranteed form of delivery. Once a package has left our facility, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. It is the responsibility of the USPS to deliver packages in a timely manner. While delays are infrequent, they do happen – especially in times of ‘heavy shopping periods’ (holidays, Black-Friday, etc.) OR special circumstances that impact the nation, like the 2020 Pandemic.
FREE SHIPPING — Free Shipping is available for domestic orders of $65 or more. Free shipping defaults to Priority Mail but heavier packages may be sent via UPS at our discretion.
HOLIDAY/WEATHER NOTICE – Nzymes.com is not responsible for shipping delays or re-routing due to holidays or weather, which can be substantial. Our promise to you is to ship your package at the earliest possible opportunity during hours of operation, M-F. Remember, postal carriers use many connecting points between our Las Vegas location and your destination. Inclement weather can greatly disrupt normal traffic patterns and connections with air carriers.
UPS:
Many options are available – GROUND, NEXT-DAY AIR, and 2-DAY AIR are offered. For Ground, this choice can save cost on HEAVIER shipments, but not usually on small packages; and you must allow for distance – where East Coast shipments will take 7-8 days. UPS deliveries are made M-F. IF Overnight Delivery is needed on a Friday, you must call to place the order. Saturday delivery is only available via telephone orders and ONLY to Business addresses. NO SUNDAY delivery is possible. Again, ALL orders received by 3 pm PST, M-F, are shipped the same day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHOICES (postal service):
- PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL – This method is trackable and insured and somewhat less costly than Express. Normal delivery time is 7-10 days.
- FIRST-CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL – This method is trackable and the least expensive option. There is a weight restriction of 4lbs. Normal delivery time is 7-14 days.

US ORDERING & CUSTOMS DUTIES / VALUE ADDED TAXES, AND SHIPPING:
Customs and/or VAT charges are NOT included in the PURCHASE and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any concerns prior to ordering please contact us first. Please be aware that Customs handling can cause delays. We don’t normally expect problems with customs or local shipping facilities. SHIPPING POLICY & CARRIERS:
Shipping Policy – Nzymes is dedicated to shipping all orders as quickly as possible. ALL orders received by 3 p.m. PST, M-F (except for holidays), are shipped the same day. See Carrier options below. We have no control over shipping costs – all rates are governed by Postal or Parcel authorities.
All orders placed at www.nzymes.com will be shipped from our Las Vegas warehouse and will be trackable. Tracking e-mails will be sent at the time of pick-up.

Shipped or Not? If curious whether your order is shipped or not, use instructions above (Order Tracking) to find and Track the order of concern. If it has not, or you have other questions about the shipment, you can either correspond using the Help Desk option for that order, the Contact Us page, or call for assistance within the guidelines of our normal hours (listed above).
Shipping Problems – Such as no delivery yet, wrong items received, or missing items. Again, you can use the Help Desk option for that order, or the Contact Us page. However, for the fastest resolution, it would be best to contact us by phone (during normal hours) at – 877-816-6500.
