At NZYMES®, our company motto is – “Natural Products, Real Results”. This means that we expect you to witness ‘real results’, such as noticeable improvement for yourself or your pets. If not, you can request and receive a refund of the PRODUCT cost within 120 days – no matter which product.
If a customer is unsatisfied for any reason, we require they return the unused portions of the order to our offices and we will refund the total purchase price of the products returned. If an order is canceled after shipment takes place, then the customer is responsible for that shipping cost to them and for the cost of returning the package from their location.
Should you desire to request a refund for products purchased, please contact our offices by phone (preferred) or by e-mail to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in advance of your return. Yes, you can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email, but if your reason for doing so is lack of results we URGE you to contact us by phone first! Using this approach to request the RMA is the best way to insure that you are making a decision that is in the best interest of resolving the health issue that you set out to resolve. Ultimately, our foremost concern is in the health and well-being of you or your pet. And, oftentimes there may be complications involved that heavily factor in. There are situations or Ailments, especially with slow-to-resolve Yeast Candida issues, where the normal 120-Day period may not be sufficient to be sure where things are going. And, if you have not talked with our staff at least once or twice about these complex issues, you owe it to yourself to take advantage of the support we cordially provide. Occasionally, we may decide to extend your guarantee period to allow for further evaluation of the health issue at hand. Therefore for issues of concern over PROGRESS or RESULTS (that cause you think about a Refund), please call to discuss your case, your RMA, and other possibilities.
