Nzymes Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions
The Nzymes Loyalty Points Reward Program is for ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY. This program is offered at the full discretion of Nzymes.com. Points earned are only redeemable when checking out online at Nzymes.com.
Eligibility
Nzymes Loyalty Points Rewards program is open to everyone. No purchase is necessary to enroll. You MUST have a user account with Nzymes.com to participate in this program. All reward points are tied to individual user accounts. If you have an account, you are already enrolled. To create a new account, click HERE.
Benefits
Nzymes Loyalty Points accrue at the rate of five (5) Points for every Dollar spent at Nzymes.com. Loyalty Points are tabulated based on the purchase price of the items in the cart. Taxes and shipping fees do not accrue Loyalty Points. Loyalty reward points carry NO monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
Redemption
100 Loyalty Points equals $1 in credit towards any purchase. Accumulated Loyalty Points will show at the top of the checkout page. You can choose to apply those points toward your current purchase or allow Points accumulate toward a future purchase. You will be asked if you would like to use your accumulated point total towards your purchase. Click “Apply” to use those points for your purchase.
Example: You have 480 Nzymes Loyalty Points in your account. At checkout, you will be asked if you would like to apply a $4.80 credit toward your purchase.
Loyalty Points can only be redeemed for the purchase of products and cannot be used for taxes or shipping costs. All Discounts MUST be taken at the time of sale.
Limitations
Nzymes Loyalty Points will stay on your account for a 12-month period. This one-year time frame should allow even the most infrequent Nzymes shopper adequate time to redeem their points. After 12 months of inactivity, affected points will be removed from the account. This time frame is a built-in feature of the shopping cart, and cannot be altered.
Returns
Redeemed Loyalty Reward Points are seen as a discount coupon, and carry no monetary value. All returns involving point redemption will be refunded less the value of the points redeemed. Points used for the purchase will go back to the user account. If returning a single item from a multi-item order, any Loyalty Rewards Points used for purchase will be deducted from the refund. Redeemed points will be returned to the user account.
Disclaimer
This program is a new venture for us, and we believe it will be a great benefit for our most loyal customers. The rate of exchange will always remain the same; 100 points = $1 in credit at checkout. However, circumstances may dictate changes in the rate of reward. At this point, 5 points are earned for each dollar spent. That is equivalent to a 5% cash discount. We reserve the right to alter the rate of reward if dictated by market forces.
